As fall turns to winter, it’s nice to be able to whip up a cozy, satisfying meal with just a few basic ingredients. Fresh eggs, crusty leftover bread, locally made cheese, and some delicious kale from the Winter Farmers’ Market. Turns those ingredients into a strata (layered casserole) and the day gets even better.
