Sally Pasley-Vargas is a cookbook author, cooking instructor, regular correspondent for The Boston Globe’s Wednesday food section, and freelance writer for a variety of publications, including The Vegetarian Times. Early on, Sally interned with pastry chef Albert Kumin at the Culinary Institute of America before going on to develop her own recipes and author several cookbooks.
Her latest cookbook, The Cranberry Cookbook, shares over 50 recipes highlighting the fruit’s versatility and health benefits.
