Norwegian Cream Cake

One thing we’ve noticed lately is the prevalence of late summer strawberries at local farms. After a bit of research, we discovered they’re known as Everbearing Strawberries and they produce the ripe red fruit from early summer straight through Autumn. That’s right, fresh strawberries in September.
