One thing we’ve noticed lately is the prevalence of late summer strawberries at local farms. After a bit of research, we discovered they’re known as Everbearing Strawberries and they produce the ripe red fruit from early summer straight through Autumn. That’s right, fresh strawberries in September.

Lucky for us, Nevada from North Wild Kitchen is sharing her stunning recipe for Norwegian Cream Cake with freshly picked blueberries and strawberries. What a wonderful way to celebrate the season.
