There’s little doubt this October will be one of the warmest on record. We’ve had a few chilly nights here in New England but it’s definitely unseasonably warm with next week’s predicted temperatures in the 60’s and 70’s. At the farm yesterday we picked up corn, tomatoes and radishes. How great is it to find fresh tomatoes in late October? Why not take advantage of the late season bounty and try a fabulous new dish?
