1. Okemo Valley Indulgence Tour – December 1-2

Join us on December 1 and 2, 2018, from noon til 5pm, when twelve Vermont inns open their doors for guests to stop by and enjoy some “indulgent” treats while taking in all the unique and wonderful ways each inn decorates for the season.


2. Heritage Gardens Agolow

Heritage’s expansive gardens will be aglow with beautiful light displays, extensive indoor holiday décor and numerous activities around the grounds and galleries. This year visitors can expect expanded lighting displays and outdoor interactives, along with all of your favorites from previous years!


3. Wassail Weekend

Filled with twinkling lights, historic decorated homes, breakfast with Santa, and so much more, the town of Woodstock, VT transforms into the holiday wonderland of your dreams, complete with sleigh bells during our Wassail Parade and holiday decorations at Billings Farm that harken back to historic 19th century charm.


4. Gardens Aglow– November 15 – December 31

Alight for the fourth year running, 650,000 energy-efficient LED lights will decorate our central gardens for the Maine Botanical Gardens annual Gardens Aglow event. From the lights to the food, the special exhibits to seasonal activities, Gardens Aglow has something for the whole family. The magic begins as darkness falls.


5. Lantern Light Tours – November 23-December 23

Join Mystic Seaport, CT for an evening of seasonal surprises with Lantern Light Tours: Finding Your Place. Set on Christmas Eve in the year 1876, the play offers small windows into the lives of people on the verge of great change, both personal and cultural. The show includes five scenes of seasonal delight, featuring a winter fantasia, a spirited circle dance, and perhaps a visit with old St. Nick!


6. Christmas in the Newport Mansions – November 17 – January 1

The glitter of gold and the sparkle of silver will dazzle you as you tour three magnificent mansions decked out in Yuletide finery. Music, tours, and spectacular decorations highlight the celebration of Christmas at the Newport Mansions. The Preservation Society of Newport County invites you to make holiday memories with your family by visiting The Breakers, The Elms and Marble House this holiday season.


7.  Jingle Bell Chocolate Tour – November 24

Enjoy a Austrian Horse Drawn Sleigh Ride through the quintessential New England Village of Jackson, New Hampshire. You’ll ride up to numerous country Inns and the proprietors will bring you chocolate!


8. Nantucket Christmas Stroll – November 30-December 2

No one does the Christmas stroll quite like Nantucket. From the Festival of Trees to the Ugly Sweater competition, you’ll find plenty to amuse and entertain.


9. 37th Annual Christmas in Edgartown – December 6-9

This quintessential Martha’s Vineyard Event brings caroling, horse drawn carriage rides, a parade and lots of holiday cheer to Edgartown. Breakfast with Santa on Sunday morning thrills the kiddies — Santa leaves the sleigh behind and arrives by Fire Engine. This has been voted the best Marta’s Vineyard event for the 4th year in a row.


10. The Holiday Pops – December 7-22

Be part of the magical holiday tradition started by Arthur Fiedler in 1973!
